TERMS & CONDITIONS
FULL DAYS / HALF DAYS
All labor rates can be calculated by hours if needed, a minimum of 4 hours labor including pumping in/out will be calculated regardless. All gear hire rates are flat rates and are non-negotiable.
OVERTIME
According to Broadcasting, Recorded Entertainment and Cinemas Award [Section 29.2]. All time worked in excess of ordinary hours is overtime and must be paid as follows: Time and a half (x1.5) for the first 2 hours and double time (x2) after that.
TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTS & LOCATION RECCE DAYS
Fuel will be reimbursed by the production for local travel (inside Victoria) at a rate of 68 cents per kilometer after the first 20km from postcode “3136”. TRAVEL & LOCATION RECCE days are charged at $700 per day + expenses.
HOLD DAYS & CANCELLATIONS
At least 48 hours’ notice prior to the shoot date is required for cancellations. A 60% penalty of the operator’s fee is required to be paid when cancelling within 48 hours of the shoot date and A 100% penalty of the operator’s fee is required to be paid when cancelling within 24 hours of the shoot date. Cancellation fees apply to the labor rate only, as quoted. Hold days will not be charged as they are yet to be confirmed or released.
